We're getting off topic here, but spare a thought for SDL holders. SDL hasn't even bothered to update their share holders about the January 2024 Court decision to pay ANS $595k, and that payment was made in February. This is a significant amount for a company that doesn't have a pot to piss in.
Even though both [delisted] companies aren't obliged to follow timely disclosure rules, they have a moral obligation to do the right thing and keep stake holders informed. IMO, this is nothing but laziness with a mix of incompetence and arrogance. With that skill set, no wonder SDL were never going to get anywhere with the Mbalam/Nabeba project.
