The reason for wanting more for a small parcel are:
1. The same amount of paperwork for offtake sale regardless of size - so why go through hassle for a small stake
2. Anyone selling now when the shares are on the up is likely doing it to get a target amount of cash for other purposes - so there is a benefit in selling in larger blocka.
