Also a point to note... In the background there must be some big news on the way... given the consecutive announcements which have been made - in quick succession.

I would assume that Ding would have been working in the background for the past 2 years in preparation, and SH are starting to see the fruits of his labour - I assume after a 'gate' has been passed to start awarding/announcing on all these studies in quick succession.

Why else would all these announcements be made one after the other.

In any case these announcements are well received - I think after years of holding we will start to see more and more of these studies being announced. All with experienced Chinese firms.... which is also something to note. The Chinese typically go build, without years and years of studies and less 'paralysis by analysis'. The speed that will come into the project will likely be something that we here in Aus probably won't expect.
