Nobody knows exactly when and by how much the stock will rise. I assume that Cracker Jack 4 is just making his best guess based on the increasing momentum and quality of announcements and media coverage.
Also - many people have very valid reasons for selling part of a portfolio even when they expect an upward re-rating - that logic shouldn't flummox you should it? So, ''flummoxedtrader' - there is no need for the insulting tone and inferences in your message to 'Cracker Jack 4'. You could apologise to him - although HC participants are better known for hubris and arrogance than humility and class, so I won't hold my breath.
