    ANS went in a TH on Sept 4, 2018, so if we are to avoid any indignity, there has to be an Announcement soon.

    31 days in August last time I checked...30 days hath Sept, April, June and Nov et al

    So, 30 days notice for an EGM (assuming that’s next) means what? Ann due today, tomorrow latest to sneak in by Sept 4?
