I certainly hope it does not come to that.
I'm fairly new (only ever invested in ANS) in the scheme of things compared to others enduring quite a saga it looks like, so this is my take on it. Very frustrating with scant research/info available, especially compared to what I'm used to. I think everyone involved though is aware of the immense potential if this is pulled off though.
As far as I know it is still being worked on (slower than I would like though), otherwise I would not expect SDL would bother to extend for ANS as much as it has. I think it at least thinks it has a good chance of this being pulled all off by Ding (where they couldn't after all this time). I also think they insisted on ANS lodging paperwork with the ASX to force their hand, as you don't mess making declarations with the ASX lightly I would think (even if only a draft).
I also expect they must be absolutely certain before shooting their mouth off to the ASX, especially given the past "done deals" I have been reading about prior to being suspended for so long (poor prior form). I can understand why so many pulling hair out after hopes so thoroughly dashed for so long.
I hope Ding comes through, but I'm still quite hopeful/positive despite the delay.
Unfortunately we might be waiting weeks yet before knowing anything end Aug/Sept maybe, even if I was originally hoping early this year (before Coronavirus) & then even end July?
Good luck everyone.
All IMO of course

It is 2 years I’m afraid, so we’ll either be granted an extension by the regulators or temporarily delisted. Not an ideal situation but reassuring to know there’s plenty of $$ to keep us afloat.
