On the contrary DVEous - Ding has been to China and Africa since the last ANN, we are awaiting on a social/enviro assessments and they are due by EOY and Ding will have an update on the investment group as well as SDL's last ANN. I would presume he would want to update everyone ASAP on all the above.
Nothing wrong with a little optimism and if you don't like the dribble stop reading the thread. There has been some great posts in these threads re: ANS over the past months.
I think you need a rum or two (or three).
