I read the Rio Tinto CEO previously stated that Rio must chip in funding for (hence joint ownership of) the infrastructure otherwise the risk of having it's Simandou iron ore stake being stranded was unthinkable.

Once again, hats off to ANS and Ding for the forward looking vision to focus on securing infrastructure funding.
