Hi Praetor, I think the IPO used as the platform to expand the ANS project foot print makes perfect sense.

Indeed, one reason why Ding has spent so much time in China above and beyond the stated mission last September is to drum up interest and engage with big institutional investors for the IPO.

I envisage Ding may be preparing an investment road show after the project kickoff ceremony in Africa but before our relisting in Hong Kong.

We have already waited for 4 years for all the ducks to be lined up, what's another month or two of waiting say Ding ringing the bell in October. All good things take time. LOL
