I'm sure we won't have 5.7B shares floating about, there has to be some consolidation during any transfer of shares to the new entity.

I think 75c as a start, then quick ramp to several dollars, then consolidation through the build and up again onto $10 at full-scale production.

But 0.25c is very low. I'd be VERY disappointed after all these years of waiting.
