If anything the SDL notice shows ANS has it all stitched up and is just waiting for Ding and the Chinese partners to travel to Africa before making the announcement.

I'd have much preferred Cameroon officially published the decree and not give rise to the false impression that it was done surreptitiously by stealth. In any case, the Mbalam license assignment to the ANS affiliated Coconut company eventually will have to be made public when Ding lays the project foundation stone. LOL
