    The trend with ANS announcements is, they tend announce things AFTER they have happened.
    Look at all the articles from African media that I have been (re)posting this year.
    It took 7 days week to announce the Feb 25 contracts signing.

    This is in stark contrast to SDL, which posted BS announcements expecting/hoping things would come to fruition... and never did.
