A2. True, they need to provide an update, but they can't just manufacture one. It has to be based on fact.

A3. What is plenty of time for something so HUGE that is clearly moving along?How long would it take you/any of us to do this? One step at a time! It has to be done right, so it doesn't fail like ALL other attempts before.

A4. YES, we're expecting an ANN apparently. A positive one we hope for. What that entails we don't know. Could be court case related, real action on-the-ground, Mineral Terminal details, Relisting/IPO, TO. Maybe the timing on any IPO is being dictated by Global economic cycles.

Q5. Why would DING still be in CHINA still if all has been achieved.....?
A5. If Ding is still in China, perhaps it's because the final details are still yet to be ironed out and he's working hard on our behalf to convert value for SH. He's not on holiday or in hiding. Perhaps preparation for an IPO are being worked on. If it had failed we'd know I reckon. Doesn't seem to me as though this project has failed.

But we need an ANN of some type to keep the hype-train going. Choo Choo!!
