    I don't think he is saying he wants to sell his shares for 4c - just highlighting that management should have realised an ANN by now (and i am one that agrees with that. And I am sure he and I are not the only ones). 12 months with no infrastructure update is not good enough from the BOD. This doesn't devalue the OM price, but just frustrates LTSH.

    If you are so confident buy his shares at 8c and you are happy and he is happy - its a win/win
