I don;t think they were doing anything wrong. If they were the market would have been informed. The management are simply stating that there are revenue streams within the search division that arn;t sustainable. This could simply mean they arn;t getting people back using the search products. To have a sustainable revenue stream, irrespective of your business, you need to have a regular customer base, low attrition and new customers coming on board. I believe thats what they are hoping to achieve.
