Anson Options (ASNOC)

Morning guys,there seems to be a few questions of late in regards to the options. So as much as I hate new threads being started, I`m going to risk copping flack for doing so! I`ll give a brief run down on them in case any newbys come in with questions about them on other threads.

ASNOC = Anson Resources Options

62,500,000 new options were issued on the 13th October 2020 in connection with the May 2020 placement of shares on 30 June 2020

(a) Entitlement - Each Option entitles the holder to acquire one Share.
(b) Exercise Price - The amount payable upon exercise of each Option will be $0.035.
(c) Expiry Date - Each Option will expire at 5:00 pm (WST) on 30 June 2023. An Option not exercised before the Expiry Date will automatically lapse on the Expiry Date.
(d) Exercise Period - The Options are exercisable at any time on or prior to the Expiry Date.
