George and Geoff were on the board of Directors of SDL together. They have also been on the GBG board together.
John Saunders was a Director of SDL and was also involved with the tender for the Mid-West rail and Port projects through Yilgarn Infrastructure while working for SDL,they lost out to the MMX lead group for the port and rail tender.
George through ill health has relinquished being head of SDL to be able to try to get his health back together and be based in Australia instead of having long over seas trips working for SDL. George is still a large share holder in SDL.
