I've noticed talk about "capital raise" to cover any cost blow out.

1 - We don't even know the true size of the cost blow out, could be 10%, 25% or 50% (Management has hinted towards the 25% to 30%)

2 - Who has said anything about "Capital Raise"? - The last time I was speaking to GBG management they were in China for talks with Ansteel. (There is a strong possibility Ansteel could cover most if not all of the increases in capital costs)

I'm hedging my bet's that Ansteel will move forward to restore confidence.
