If PC's aquisitions have proven to be a waste, do you reckon Plumb sees value in having him be on the board? Hopefully no political correctness just because PC was the former CEO - he has subsequently proven to have cost the company and shareholders possibly at least 100s of millions in:
- Wasted purchases
- Missed buyout offers when BTA was valued at over $3 a share during the h1n1 pandemic
- No promotion of the company and poor investor relations to the point of turning possibles off the company
- All those free options which also have a dilutary effect on the rest of our holdings
- And for all this, he was being paid $650,000+ per annum plus plenty of 1st class perks
...and PC has referred to Plumb as a "primadonna"...
