The fixation with 51% is such a "red herring".
If Shandong had 45% the chances are that it would still be a controlling interest as there is a high possibility that there would be a 10% spill to them on any vote . . . that is the how numbers seem to work.
The polarising that has gone on over the "deal" has not aided my decision making at all . . . we have now lost the good "for and against" camps and only have the doom and gloom to contend with.
I don't feel the quarterly will add much to the debate, I feel we will hopefully get to 5c and then time will tell where the new Focus is heading.
remember, we are speculators in a gold explorer/producer that appears to be sailing close to the wind with its financials.
