answer required

can anybody pls answer the following questions, does fas own the gwr shares its trying to use for voting purposes , if yes does that mean that the major shareholders in gwr concluded a sale, if not is fas allowed to use shares it dosnt own to vote. do these gwr major shareholders now have fas shares exchanged for their gwr shares, does robertson vote on behalf of these gwr shareholders as my understanding is that the gwr major shareholders who were trying to support the ambitious takeover only want to exchange there fas shares for gwr shares. the other thing appears that the take over group want to keep their gwr shares and dupe the small gwr shareholders to swap their shares for worthless fas shares.the t/o isnt happening so what happens is it tax problem for the clowns
