downgrades everywhere. The Australian's 'Criterion' and others all question the incredible 19:! PE.
I question the result that depended on revaluing the real estate.
now the company is full of excuses but the facts are that two directors including Gerry Harvey's wife have been sellers. The 'brilliant CFO' been given 'tealady' status and now the interest rate has risen.
toss in that JB HiFi are taking them on in computers and you wonder why anyone would want shares in this company which has paid a lousy 7.5c divvy for the last 2 years and not much more in the preceding 18.
Return of under 2% and a falling share price...brrrrrrrr!
