I also received a response from NMS last night in response to an email I had sent them earlier in the week. A lot of it was word for word the email that Alba received, with just a couple of variations.
There have been some very good posts on here since that email was posted, with a number of differing opinions.
I am disappointed there was no specific answer regarding the Danish contract, I think it's safe to assume that it's not going to happen, at least for the immediate forseeable future anyway.
However, I then started thinking... What would have happened if they did announce that the deal had fallen over? The share price may very well have plummetted back to the 40's. Now for me that wouldn't be a bad thing, as it would give me a chance to really load up on them, but at the same time it would cause panick among investors and people would sell at a price that the potential and technology of NMS cannot justify. I really think they are quite cheap at the moment.
Sure, they skirted around the issue of the Danish deal, but for me personally, I am satisfied with their response. At the end of the day, really we all knew the Danish deal was not going to go ahead, as we haven't heard it mentioned now for five months.
When you think about it, the IEV deal in Asia is with 11 countries. They are also trying to establish a foothold in the US and the middle east. I think it's fair to assume, based on that, that the Danish deal would probably be worth only a minute % of the potential of the IEV, Middle East and US markets.
If I had sold down or sold out on the back of an ann. to say the Danish deal was not going ahead, which may have happened to a lot of people had the ann. been made, I know that I would eventually live to regret it BIG TIME.
Let us all remember that they have exceeded their own goals when it comes to expansion, and while we have not seen the revenues yet, I'm sure the next 12-18 months will prove that it was well worth the wait.
Cheers.
