Yes, i agree that there could be some ambiguity here and i hoped in thelast thread that nothing incriminating was being realised via our discussion, for Larry or the company.

If for example Larry didn't give the appropriate notice, in the appropriate way, then what he has told you - then us - may not be the way ESI see it.
And similarly, if Larry did give proper notice in writing etc, then perhaps the company didn't file it correctly or the ASX or whomever relayed that info in the Top 40.

I would like clarity on the issue, but i don't think SP3 has tried to imply anything untoward, just that he was revealing the ASX rules in relation to some comments on the other thread.

I'd now like to know what is indirect, direct and the definition of proper notice, seeing as this is now in the public arena beside a claim of someone having held a certain position. If it were not for the claim, it would not matter as i don't care for the legalities one bit due to it now being obsolete business.

Its just interesting now as i like to know that in's and out's for further reference in the stock market.
