I am not accusing Larry of not disclosing indirect interests. I am still unclear of the definition of indirect interests as it relates to the Corps Act.
I was simply asking for an interpretation of indirect interest and whether it applied to Larry's situation (based on the circumstances as was described in your moderated post).
I wasn't aware that Larry had transferred shares into a Family Trust account until you brought it up.
