The deadline for the submission of final proposals closed in late March. We received a variety of proposals and are currently negotiating with the preferred bidders with the hope of having an agreement finalised in the near future. Once the agreement has been finalised we will convene a meeting of creditors and should the proposal include a recapitalisation of Macmin a meeting of shareholders in order to have the necessary resolutions passed to facilitate the acceptance of the proposal. The meeting of creditors is generally held within 2 -3 weeks of executing the agreement and the meeting of shareholders then held within 4 - 6 weeks of the meeting of creditors. This is obviously dependent of the level of documentation required.
