I have to say that the directors of Marion energy /mae/ a couple of years ago built compressors and a pipeline to join up with main gas pipeline in order to let retail investors think that they were well on the way to becoming a gas producer in the USA. They spent $150million of retail investors money and still owe approx $52mill to creditors /bank/,and paid themselves handsomely all the while,
with not a sceric /sniff/ of gas to go wooshing down their very expensive and to date redundant infrastructure high up in the UTAH Hills .
Those who do not learn from history are destined to repeat it .
