TB needs to deliver results. Anyone can go buy land in the Bakken. You just write the price down in your cheque book and its yours.

Hunt a little harder and you find cheap land in unproved places. Ok well done. Pretty amazing stuff.

We all know TB can pull off real estate transactions.
