I am afraid this does not apply to spec/small companies and in particular cto.

In small companies the shareholders are powerless. If there is no financial institution who owns 30% of the shares, there is no chance to do anything.

If shareholders of spec companies are smart enough to gather 51% of the votes, they would be smart enough not to invest in these companies in the first place!

Just to be fair: I consider myself an idiot as I invested in spec companies.

In the case of cto, the Lynch shareholder will vote against the Lynch director? That would be entertaining as the Kramer vs. Kramer movie.
