    you keep harping on about no-one answers your question.......If you actually read my post yesterday it was there for you to see....

    initially did not want to embarass you, there is a big problem with your calculations...
    did it ever occur to you why no one responded ??? lots of errors in it

    have to laugh at the 'other ones' idea, house now 450.000 50% inflation makes it 675,000 in a year, but calculates we have lost 200.000 because of inflation ???? when in fact it has kept pace.....I suppose that is when they buy..at 675000.....heheheheh, and they think inflation devalues an asset....when in fact its the dollar that is devalued
    its too easy when you are dealing with that type of mindset
