If if if, if we all knew hat was going to happen it would take the fun out it. Good to hear others point of view but in the end its up to the individual to choose there risk tolerance and wealth goals. Like any thread on HC you have the over exuberant and the knockers, But in the end I'm here to make money out of all my investment streams and listening to the ones that preach and proclaim either way most times they are both wrong. In the end most who seem to say they are continually right are not really listened to outside of the net and this probably the only place there views are put across where they can suck in someone to debate (I'm guilty) but in the end trying to get a group who are long term property investors to stop and try other ways to increase the wealth is like walking into an evagelical christian church and saying there is no god don't hold your breath cause after 25 years of doing I don't think your arguments really cut the mustard.
