Im not taking sides here, Im just trying to help you understand what pennyo was saying. You need to look at the 'true' peformance of your investments. 500k invested in the rite stocks 10years ago would buy you a whole street in perth now. Don't get me wrong, I love property but its not always the most profitable invesment.
