That's a good point, its not like those numbers will mean they can all get their chests cracked open on the government dime, but any expansion to health coverage is a step in the right direction. At the end of the day India is many times bigger than the states if you are looking at population numbers, its simply that most of them can't afford the care. This is a sign that getting people that care is on the indian governments radar.
