Thanks for posting this David. Very much appreciated.

So, if I am to take from this at face value, and lets face it: I have no other choice this is what I am reading:

1.) Company was, as we now know, in a precarious position with previous management.
2.) Company has been restructured to focus on sales.
3.) With point 2, no further capital for vaccines division
4.) Helping vaccine division to source funding elsewhere
5.) Sales team scaled to minimum required for market penetration.
6.) Sales team trained for operate better in the field.
7.) BOD not currently able to buy company shares. I'm a bit fishy on this one, there may have been opportunity in the past. That said, good reason not to at the start of restructure. I would have waited too.
8.) My reading: Any partners that might come about have to do so when the company has a good balance sheet and/or CF+. Deals made under the auspicious of a precarious balance sheet could be bad for co.
9.) Foreign listing of company is definitely on the cards. Maybe sooner rather than later.

Overall I read this as WP and Co are attempting to transform the company into a stable company able to make deals on a solid footing with no desperation. The Sabby deal now, in hindsight, looks incredibly desperate in nature.

WP is selling the sizzle, sure, but I don't care as long as he delivers.
