Ahz BOD usually get their remuneration regardless of company sp, same as most ASX companies, the only people who's 'self-preservation' is at risk is 'US'.
In the ASX, as Jay has pointed out, we swim in a shark pit with only togs on and our wits to survive ..... lol.
