So this is 100% per cent going back to re- tender, that's the way it seems anyway, three weeks with a decision on the 4 th week, all the rampers and down rampers have all gone quiet at the same time WTF
Hopefully this all over in 4 weeks, good or bad I don't even care any more, I just want it to end FULL STOP
