With an almost certain $20m coming their way via options conversion, I can’t see any reason why doing a raise at 10c would be a smart move at all. If they end up testing anywhere near what we think they may have found the sp could easily do 3-4 times where we’re currently at in a very short timeframe. The goal should be to reach production stage with minimal further dilution.
