Strewth,why would you read a paperback thriller when you can follow the ADY threads.Excellent posts and research by Hagar1 and others.If you were a landlord,and you were checking references,would you even rent a commercial property to these guys,let alone take their I.O.U for millions?.According to Hagars answers from the company,if you guys have the gall to not approve this deal,after the hefty break fee,there will only be $100,000 in the bank if I am reading it right.I dont own any stock but know a few ex holders who lost plenty.A cautionary tale for all SH of all ASX listed companies.Something is not right.I will watch with interest for the outcome and ASICs response to these shenanigans.Best of luck to holders.I put my sentiment as hold because I hope you have a good outcome.
