Damo,the maths was an attempt to explain how they arrived at their price of 5 cents. Without the asset backing it wasn't realistic to ask for any higher price as some shareholders had suggested on this forum.
If the additional shares are included the asset backing will range from about 7.2cents for $60m (additional 1200m shares)down to 5.7cents for $80m(1612.7m shares).
Whilst shareholders have been misled by NMS management it is different to Eddie Groves ABC. I wonder what action ASIC will take when they review the letter and enclosures on NMS sent to them by another shareholder. I contacted Australian Shareholders Association but to date they have elected not to respond to my two emails.
