Looks like there are reasons why TLW wont buy shares for themselves on market. Probably why we are getting a new substantial shareholder on the books, in league with TLW to vote their way. Hopefully not though and we will see another player, albeit they will be somewhat blind on Uganda due to SPs corrupt practices in order to go with the first bid then probably work for TLW.
