Its interesting that under the SOA TLW could be a buyer at >2.02 (presumably only up to 20%)
If TLW are buying that would mean they must be pretty confident about the shareholder vote, or they plan to proceed with a hostile takeover if they lose the vote. Otherwise they run the risk of a capital loss.
If they are buying then that shows they are keen which could attract other buyers.
What do others think, is TLW buying above 2.02? I think they probably are.
