Actually, I disagree with you there GoldenK and you have now shown your true colours. NKP is in suspension so there is no trading of shares at the moment. Assuming all of the information that Balilow is referring to comes out in the public domain prior to the resumption of trading then there is no insider knowledge or trading, per se. Also, he is referring to some court transcripts and outcomes which are probably public domain anyway. He has bothered to do his research, that is all. I am wondering whether you really do have "stock held" at all as all you seem to do is assume the worst case scenario and bag the company and anyone who might put a positive interpretation on events. Please tell me how it makes sense to continue to do a hatchet job on a company you own shares in, particularly when no one here is in full receipt of all the relevant information yet? Is it too far fetched to question whether you are also part of this anti-NKP campaign that is being waged at the moment by many parties on many fronts?
