The problem with relation to other infrastructure ideas is, is that what the Cameroon Government wants? IMO they will take a free carry equity position with the rail and port SPV's, and remember the ownership of these assets reverts back to the Government after 25 years, as per the Mbalam Convention.
You can come up with as many ideas as you like, in the end it's whether the ideas prove more beneficial to the Cameroon Government than what I have an inkling they are now planning with the Chinese. You got a clue some time ago that Cameroon had already thought much of this through and decided what was going to be happening, by when the Government told Affero they wouldn't need to contribute equity to the infrastructure but rather pay haulage fees.
