    Working with the TO's is often an ongoing process until consent is given or native title is extinguished. It is all part of the venture. GR have started consultation in regards to the land based tenaments and as Im sure you are aware are not required to do so for the sea based tenaments. All part of the process. It is the goodwill of GR that is holding up exploration.
