ant.bidders statement/doco out

Ant. have now released their bidders statement @ $1.20, which within its introductory letter acknowledges the increased Skafell bid to $1.35.
They go on to state they are considering their options...which can ONLY mean how much of a premium to pay to knockout Skafell.
Ant. would not have come this far and published the offer doco etc to go home with its tail between its legs.
