The report said the amount of sea ice extent was growing. It also mentioned the decrease in salinity in the surrounding ocean as runoff increased.
The scientist said he wanted to study why the sea ice is growing.
I would have thought it is self evident. Less saline water freezes at a lower temperature than higher saline water.
I mentioned nothing about density. Suggest you check your own facts about what someone posts before proclaiming from on high that they are wrong.
