"Over time, the history of CO2 content in the atmosphere has been far higher than at present for most of time. Atmospheric CO2 follows temperature rise. It does not create a temperature rise. CO2 is not a pollutant. Global warming and a high CO2 content bring prosperity and longer life."

In my opinion the statement above is a distortion of the facts. Why? Yes, atmospheric CO2 may have followed temperature rise in the past, but the circumstances were totally different then. The statement is not true with regard to what is happening now. (See a previous post for an explanation of why.)

CO2 is the cause of much of the warming at the moment. But as the oceans warm up they will expire even more CO2 into the atmosphere (this is the process the statement above refers to) thereby initiating a positive feedback loop.

In any case, even if you don't agree with that, try going back to first principles. All else being equal, any school boy or girl knows that CO2 is a greenhouse gas and will create a temperature rise with an increase in concentration. Any climate theory based on a contradiction of that will be fundamentally flawed. As everyone agrees, the atmosphere is a very complex system which is difficult to model. But to discount the effect of CO2, a known greenhouse gas, is fundamentally flawed science, IMHO.
