Dubs article is highly misleading as it ignores the evidence for a 20% drop in sea ice since about 1950 by suggesting that ice records only began in 1979. 1979 is also coincidentally the low point of a decrease in sea ice extent which began in 1973. Dub's link also fails to give any mention of ozone depleting gases and their effect on the Antarctic climate.
