Seems that there is alot of 'doubt' between GGP traders. Look at the Market Depth at 1.2 and 1.3 cents. Seems that they wont accept a break out because of History. This may be stopping the SP from moving north. Surely if some of those traders move up to 1.4 cents there will be alot more urgency to get in, which mean SP movement?
