Simple question, if azz fail to service the debt what would they get for their land (less debt). Will it cover the current market cap? Their debt is high and production slow, but there is time to improve this dramatically. If they don't, the land value is a safety net of sorts for holders (remember previous offer of 300m).
The whole lone star thing is a circus, neither party seems overly convincing in the PR front. Just hope they know something else...
